Goff Kansas | are we forgetting a thing though. we are not the only ones producing corn. world wide, corn production will go up, and exports will suffer. just takes a million acres here and there, and this four dollar corn may be short lived. don't get me wrong, i think we will hit closer to 5, before we see the upper 2's, but it never stays that way long. i agree with the 4.50 or even scale up sales to 5. hedge it and be done with it. get your ducks in line to meet margin, and collect the PROFIT when you are done. i would even consider multi-yr on slim portions (even 09-10) if it gets close to 5. just my 2 cents, but at 4.50 corn, that is more than just a few cents.
