Just wondering if anyone ever heard back from the units they sent in for warranty work. I had a friend call to day with the screen so dark he couldn't see it. I told him to try and adjust the brightness up and down that didn't work so I told him to do a hard reset to default and that didn't seem to work either.
Anyone find solution to ez 500 screen going out?
