I appreciate the tips from both of you. 

 I guess I was looking for an easy way to save everything in another location in case of fire, theft, crash or other calamity.  But I guess you're saying it's difficult or impossible and I don't need all the 'stuff' on the c drive in the first place..  I was hoping for a quick save of everything (sort of like a remote restore point) to be sorted out later after the resurrection (in worst case scenario).

 I guess I'll pick & choose and save it that way.  Thanks for your help.
