Subject: RE: Skid Steer Fork- Another question

We have the Notch 72" grapple that comes with 39" tines. We have it on a 773 Bobcat- when we were looking at trading last winter the dealer said if we wanted the same machine it is now the 185, so we have it on the same unit as you would. I was debating on getting a smaller one, but to increase the width was so cheap we went with the 72. I couldn't be happier and would not get a smaller one if I had to do it again. It usually works no problem and I let the pack get pretty deep. Once in a while if I really ram it completely full with wetter pack it gets a little tippy but still gets it done, you just have to be a little more careful when lifting it into the spreader. You are right the grapple is something once you get it you would never give up. Compared to the bucket this thing moves the manure so much faster and easier it is unbelievable.
