No problem, seen a fair share of "possesed" computers and spybot does the trick 90% of the time. As for what you are running, I am not real familiar with Avast, but I think it is only an anti-virus and doesn't have much protection against spyware. The c cleaner I don't think has much protection either. ad-aware I use from time to time and it is anti-spyware and gets some things that spybot doesn't, but I generally think spybot does a better job. I install spybot on 100% of the computers I work on. The only problem with it is there is not an automated update and scanning feature. You have to do it manually, its kind of a pain to keep up with (as I start spybot and notice I have not updated for over a month on this puter...lol) It definately does pay to keep up with it though. Dont forget to immunize every time you update. | |
