Galahad, Alberta | Muni should be slapped for not putting in a culvert. I'd go after them for it. I've got water going gover my road in 4 places over 4 miles. In 2 of the 4 spots, the culvert can't keep up, at the 3rd spot it is froze and under 4 feet of water on both sides, and the 4th, well, I guess they never put a culvert in, because they can't find it with a metal detector to thaw it out with a steamer! The county told me that they would be coming back to put in a culvert this summer. I can't believe the water that we have already, and we are about 80% melted. There is going to be a lot of turning this spring.
