Quicker and easier than the pickle rolls is pickle dip............same ingredients: Cream cheese, dill pickles and dried beef. Just run the pickles thru the grinder or dice them up by hand, cut up the dried beef in small bits, blend with the cream cheese and serve with your favorite crackers. |
