NW Washington | About the best way to keep deer out of your strawberries is a fence about 6 or 8 feet tall. You can buy some spray that uses blood, rotten eggs and other stinky stuff that is supposed to keep deer out, but it is marginal at best and it has to re-applied after a time or much rain.
Deer are a major pest for gardeners and farmers from coast to coast. We have them in urban areas too. | |
