Casey IL. ( I -70 ) then south on rt.49 | I go through this every yr. just sow some Dessie Teff on it and let the cows walk it in [ now is a good time ] after frost is over. Then come first of May get off it till end of June or first of July. It will be some of your best dry weather pasture you have ever had. Might put 25 - 30 pds. of N on in the middle of May. It will work good on wheat ground sowed late April for hay also.
