WY, OK | We never graft anything we don't have too many problems can arise. Right now with baby calves selling for $300-$400 and open heifer/heifferettes selling for $850-$980 I don't see a reason to be messing with buying one. Sold our open/ dries last week for an avg of over $900 ea. weighing 900-960lbs.
You also have a few days before she goes bad so hope for twins today or tomorrow, OR if you have an old cow take her calf and put it on the heifer. | |
