NEMO | After frying chicken that is dipped in egg batter and rolled in flour, add flour to absorb grease and let fry briefly untill flour mixture browns slightly then add milk a little at a time for consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. No set recipe, just vary according to amount of grease, consistency and taste. Takes some practice to get it consistently right. Best tasting gravy on the planet IMHO. | |
