| Has any one ever had a cow with hypoglycemia? Friends have had about 3 3-4 year old SMX cows go down for no apparent reason a few days after they have calved. It sounds like their symptoms are similar to milk fever. The vet gave them calcium, but that has not helped them. A coworker suggested that they may have low glucose and need an IV of a glucose solution. Any suggestions or advice? | |
