It is a prolapses, if she is close to calving and like bottomdweller said no more room inside. If she was mine I would keep her in a dry lot and feed only grain based feed, no hay it expands and pushes the prolapses out. After calving she will be OK, get the calf raised and sell her, it will only get worse. My experience with this, good luck.
