Only suggestion is to keep the calf very close to her even if you have to seperate them for the calf's safety.Usually they get over it in a few hours or half a day or so.Any I've had that started out that way,accepted the calf within a day.They always acted the same with each subsequent calving so I'd get rid of her later.
