Right after potatoe harvest the price fell here to $2.99 for 15 pounds. I figured that wouldn't last long so I bought several sacks and put them in my basement. It stays around 54 F but they didn't make it 2 months. I thought they would last a long time, I never had tried this before, did I do something wrong or why didn't they last?
