WC Ohio | Here's our favorite: 2 tbls. butter, 2 tbls. marg. 2 tbls. lemon juice, 1 tbls. dried parsley, 3/4 tsp. soy sauce, 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, dash of black pepper, 1 lb of salmon fillets. Melt butter and marg. in a large bowl add very thing but salmon and stir well; add salmon, turning to coat; refrigerate for an hour or more; preheat grill and grill on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side or until salmon flakes. Enjoy.
