When you are looking at the image, right click it and select properties. Highlight the "Address (url)"
and right click - copy it.

Come to Agtalk window, click the little icon to the left of the paint brush, and right click - paste in the "Image URL" box. Select insert.

You will get a warning something to do with "are you sure you want to continue without an image description?" I just click on ok.
