The problem may be what are you going to do with the freezer full of arm roasts left after all the steaks and hamburger are all gone?

Or you could do as a friend does and have the processor keep/cut the loins and grind everything else into good hamburger. Personally I would be afraid of the leftovers. And that is probably your profit sitting in that freezer.
