I think you are overestimating the flooding. Yes there is some, but I doubt millions of acres. The bigger question to me is how many of these acres were mudded in, leading to lower yields? We had a dry top surface last Saturday, the 28th, but underneath the soil was very wet. Yet we had several neighbors planting.
