Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot
I'm convinced it is well worth it. We feed all the hay for the day at around 4 pm. If you go check them a few hours later they have the feeders slicked up. The largest majority of our calves are born right at daybreak. Had one born yesterday afternoon, but it seems we rarely have one born at night.

Here's the latest theory she came up with. Wife claims if a calf is born before it's due date, it will be a heifer. Late and it will be a bull. Seems to be holding true so far.
