Nebraska | Shop around would be my suggestion. We put them in a new house about about 15 yrs. ago and we are not real happy with them. On a windy day my wife held up a match to the window and it got blown out by the draft. The company sent us some foam plugs and that really helped with the draft. We had some parts break in the folding down mechanism also.
I think there has to be a better window out there for the money. Also, maybe their windows are better now than they were 15 yrs. ago... but usually things increase in price and cheapin in quality.
