It's just like asking which tractor to buy. Everyone is going to have experience with this brand or that brand and one is better than the other because "they" had bad luck with them. You need to look at the U-factor, the coloring you want, and the price and determine which ones are best for you. Personally I have really good experience with windows from Alliance.
