I`d 2nd the keep him hydrated. The draxxin will take care of any infection but if it`s not hydrated nothing will work right. If you can catch it easy I`d tube it electrolytes and water morning, mid day and evening for a day or 2 and see what happens. The water can`t hurt him and it may just tip everything back in the right direction.
