The max corn you would feed for energy would be .5% so a 1400 pound cow would get 7 # per day. 12 % for a lick tub sounds low. I would up you protein. The last trimester you would want around a 10% protein diet. Whats the price of tubs per ton. Yous say your small so you dont want to use ddg. How far are you from a plant.
