Saronville NE
Around here I am hearing more and more guys say there banker is telling them not to buy any feeders, they are too high. My feeling is usally when the bankr says that, you better buy everything you can get your hands on, if do the opposite of what they say seem to make more money most of the time. Mine told me that, Im still buyin but have slowed down. Got another pen going to the feedlot end of month to have finished, and got 2 pens going out here pretty quick, end of feb and 1st wk of mar.

I personally think the bankers are still scared of the last go around of high corn in 08 and are running scared early this time, to many guys lost to much money in livestock period. IDK but this time feels different IMO, cause livestock prices kp going up instead of down. IDK wait and see I quess.
