I put some on a truck and a real good cow can go to 58% and I had one yield that weighing 1540. I then had an old cow that weighed 945 yield 38%. You need to watch the kind of cows you sell that way and some will make you money and then some wont. The 945 cow I would have been better selling out right but the other made good money.
