the last one I sold one was through craigslist
sold that one for $2.25 a lb hanging and didn't have to touch it
we have a local guy that will come to the farm,kill it,load it on his truck and takes it to his place, skins it,hangs it for a week or so,cuts,wraps,freezes,
for $175.00 total cost.I never had his finished product but he works at price chopper for 25+years as a butcher so it should be good
the ones my neighbor sold we had to take them to the butcher shop in 1/4s and that butcher is charging .45c a pound to cut,wrap & freeze | |
