I check out the zoning rules first. 6000 head building should have a lot more land then the acres were talking to put that amount of manure. Next's do you have a supply of pigs too full these barn? ? Can you get contact's for these hog's?? Is there a feed company you can get to supply you with feed?? something too think about. Yes there money in sometimes but it maybe hard at first.
