They won't cut intake. They will increase it about 20-25%. Know your protein levels in your hay, or you could be just wasting money. Sweet Pro tubs are ideal for low protein, high fibre (old) hay.
I only feed them periodically in the winter. One tub on 30 cows should last about 2 weeks. 1 week if protein levels are really poor in the hay. |
