I have a few questions if you care to answer. What are your current costs to raise a calf to 300#? How much room do you have now (the youtube video is that all you have or do you have more room than that)? I wouldn't get too excited yet about getting bigger make it a goal and work towards it. How are you funding your operation now? Try to pay for everything cash and you will be a lot happier. Get through a few groups of calves and record all costs and income and try to tweak your operation to be more profitable with what you've got and grow it SLOWLY with your profits. I am a young dairy farmer (29) started when I was 15, it took me 14 years to finally figure out that it doesn't have to be big and fancy from the road to have nice cattle that are well taken care of. I have plenty of advice to give if you want it, I wish you the best of luck and feel free to e-mail me with any questions I'm an open book. Andy
