Got some 350# Holstein steers in last Friday morning.  After feeding them tonight I noticed one walking in circles.  Checked and he appears to be totally blind, not breathing hard, no cough  or snotty nose, just blind.  Big round hay was dry with no mold.  Ration is corn, oats, liquid starter, crumbles and a little hay. Bedding is corn stalks put up dry and no mold.  Gave a shot of penicillin, Vet coming in the morning, any ideas?
