Made mine almost apartment style with a small bunkroom for when brother helps at harvest. Big TV with Direct TV, fridge, microwave, shower and toilet. I've got a separate lockable room that is my office.

Haven't had it long enough to say I'd change anything. That is part of the reason it took me so long to build it "right" in the first place.
