Subject: Calving pasture...what to seed?

SW Minnesota
I have 13 acres around my buildings that I calve about 75 cows on in Aug/Sept. Last year I seeded oats around Apr 15th and chopped it the end of June for oatlage. After chopping the oats I went right back in and seeded 1 bushel of oats and turnips and had a pretty good pasture for calving by august, but we had a lot of rain in July to get it growing back quick. Wondering if there is any kind of grass or sorghum combination that I could seed by May 1 and get a cutting of hay off by the end of June and get better regrowth back in time for calving the end of august. Not opposed to chopping oatlage, it is just that I don't have a chopper and getting someone to custom chop that amount + 30 acres of alfalfa and put it in a bag is a little bit of a pain. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. TIA
