Manitoba | For a spray on there is none better than linco spectin. IMO. It's extra label use and the bottle is pricey but you only use llike a tablespoon per gallon or so. Years ago we used coppertox but it did nothing for us. Onycin (tetracycline powder) works as well as a spray on but not as well as the linco and it settle out unless you add some citric acid to the mix to keep it in suspension. it is also extra label use. I think both the linco and onycin are poultry water soluble antibiotics. There are lots of pricey special products out there now. I'm sure some of them work well (quick hit is one I have heard good things about) but the linco works well for us so we have never pursued anything else. | |
