north west arkansas | I got a load of feed yesterday and it was $235 a ton and it seems to me we are all getting gouged on these by products. I use a 5 way mixed by-product and it is medicated but to me it is starting to be priced higher then $6 dollar corn is. While I am ranting I thought I would give my thoughts on grass fed cattle. It is gonna take better quality grass then I have and it is not gonna be cheap to grow either because the last time I checked fertilizer cost the same no matter what it is spread on corn or grass. | |
