WhiteRiver those head fillets are good, so you keep them I understand. Just send me the belly meat and I'll be just as happy. You dont need to strip it for me, I'll take care of that myself. Nothin better on this earth than flathead belly meet cut in strips and deep fried. Have made a believer out of alot of 'pan sized' fish eaters in my time!!!!!
