Preperations are well underway for Saint Louis this weekend....

I was hoping to have pictures of the main course, but aparently somebody forgot to send them.....I'm begining to worry something may have went wrong Saturday.....and Blackdirt and SMASH have had to make a Bonzi trip to get some more Bison??


Yes, for those of you who missed the earlier post....we're eating Smoked BBQ'd Bison Friday Night....We'll probaly have some Chips on other snacky type foods, I've heard maybe Cinny Rolls? and maybe a Lemon Merangue pie?  But I'd encourage those who would like to showcase some personal talent .....feel free to bring some regional Favorites. 

Maybe some will take it as a personal Challenge to out do others *GRIN* hope everybody has fun with it, and please don't worry if you don't bring anything  we understand travel and Logistics....
