southern MN | Joni's in downtown New Ulm also has good hometown food, saurkraut & poerk loin or hocks on Thursdays. But some 'normal' food too. ;) They have limited hours, close about 2:00pm I think, Narrow store front, south of Herberberger's/ Frandsen bank.
Land was $4600 for a few years around here, I was guessing a million bucks for this, got a little over. Don't know if commissions were incuded, probably not....
