IF they "boggle" it ( if the Feds boggle this it's gonna start to look kinda obvious they're in bed with folks like Osama Bin Laden to some of us ), the State of AZ course comes next.
Times change.
Judge in AZ does NOT have to allow an insanity plea ( granted a Fed judge does not have to either ).
Brings it to premed murder in AZ....and a Child was killed.
If the Feds screw this up, AZ will not ( they won't waste much groceries on him either, if he's found guilty ).
You can BET on it.
