I have it bad, been around construction and tractors, one explosion, that didn't help. Nothing can be done to my knowledge without spending a bunch of money.. Some say wonder drugs work, never tried it. Hope other have a good cure. Drinking coffee in excessive amounts makes mine worse too, doesn't help kidneys either. Eager to see what helps.
