Pennsylvania | I keep about 30 steers for sale as freezer beef. A strange problem this winter with 2 holsteins, about 900 pounds. Also with them are 2 other holsteins, 3 herefordx and the rest are angus. I feed ground ear corn with a little oats and hay free choice. The hay is alfalfa that's a little stemmy. It seems odd that any would bloat on this type of feed but those two do. Any ideas as to why this happens? | |
