Effect wise and cost wise for outgoing calves, I feel they should all get an LA 300 now.

Tetradure 300 ( basically an oxytet relative )...seen some this year that did not repond to anything till they got a tetredure, then they bounced and responded well to everything.

There's some "change up" annually on what cattle respond to best.

Client got some light calves ( 385 lbs ) in last fall, had been given excede in the ear then hauled 700 miles in.

I'm NOT an excede guy ( generally real tough to get a following treatment response with anything used behind excede ).

Folllowed up with nufleur on any breaks and those responded well.
