Im the "d" in gndfarms. I work at a dairy farm few miles from home, and we have this heifer over there and her milk out of one quarter smells like manure. Now this has been like this ever since she has calved. We treated her many times and gave her shots to try to cure this and nothing works. sorry i do not know what the boss is giving her for shots but all i wanna know is why is this quarter smelling like manure? and what can we do to get rid of this? yes we milk her in the bucket evryday just so you know her milk does not go in the tank!
