As a volonteer firefighter I have been to at least 3 fires started by heat lamps. Not a pretty sight to see livestock burned . If you are going to use heat lamps be very careful where you hang them . Most of the fires are started when the are hung to close to the bedding.
I heard the fire investigator talking with them and he said to many watts for the lamps? or the outlet?
