central - east central Minnesota - | Wow, seems like (perception from news media), the whole USA is recieving ample moisture this winter. Loads and loads of snow in the Mtn states, rain in the high desert areas, moisture in the south, south west and south east and now duluge of snow for the east coast . . . . Basiclly rechargeing any dry areas and over charging others.
Is it as it's reported? Is everyone getting ample moisture this winter?
Here in Mn, we have broken the snow fall record this season . . . . . and more on the way. It could start as rain (in the middle of winter? ) and turn to wet heavy snow. If it continues, it could be a late spring?
