| We installed a single Jacussi tub about 10 years ago. It's jets can shoot water, air or both. We REALLY like this feature. As romantic as a tub for two sounds, we narrowly avoided this because of the gallonage and water heater demand. REALLY good thing we did; probably wouldn't be used much. . . too long of fill time. Wife is a tub user and uses it a lot. Also, very cold natured. She loves how quickly she can get warm in it.
One point about jacuzzi style tubs is the tub itself has armrests and a sloped back to relax you even more. Even without the jets, this is a very nice feature.
CAUTION: Hot water in a Jacuzzi can raise blood pressure fast. Tubs usually take too long for me, so I use the shower. But on those days that I've suffered the cold all day long, along with some achy joints, it sure is a treat. Have the little lady bring you your favorite drink and you're all set. | |
