this is how my mom did it. then we made sandwiches and or poured the gravy over mashed Potatoes.
she would de bone the leftover turkey and shred the meat into small pieces with her fingers so there were chunks, of turkey
then she would make a Light gravy in a pan with the dripping from roasting the turkey that she saved over and then added the shredded Turkey. seasoned to taste. and as thick or thin as one wanted.
