southern MN | This web site - actually the server - is overloaded, and at times during the day things come to a crawl. They are working on that. Donno if that is part of it?
Have you cleaned out your browser in a while? Sounds a little like that could be the problem. Go to the 'Tools' and 'internet options' area and toss out history, temp files, etc. If you haven't done that in a long while, your computer looks through so much old gunk in the temp files before looking on-line to find the new stuff.... It gets bogged down.
