Glad to hear you're doing well.  I fought with mine for several months before they took mine.  Pain was incredible.  Make sure you keep a pretty bland diet for awhile.  Eating several small meals in a day helps me.  That has been better for me than just avoiding the foods that cause problems.  If you have any specific questions that you don't want to post just email me.  Been 5 years now, and just when I think I've figured out my diet.  It surprises me.
