Subject: Not receiving e-mail

Can anyone help me with my inability to receive e-mail?

I keep getting april 13 e-mail--repeatedly.

Can send e-mail O.K.

I do have a new anti-virus/spyware program installed so this could be related to above problem. However, this program was installed and all working fine until couple of days ago.
